DELIVERY
Delivery
Florence Laurent makes every effort to ensure that the works you order are sent to you quickly, in a totally secure, protected and insured manner, thanks to the selection of the most reliable carriers and adapted to the format and the fragility of the works to be transported. Each work is packaged by the artist according to very precise specifications in order to guarantee optimal protection during transport . Each transport is tracked and insured.

Delivery zones
Florence Laurent delivers the works all over the world.

Delivery delay
Depending on the country of destination of the order, the delivery time can range from 7 days (metropolitan France) to 10 days (Western Europe) and up to 14 days maximum for destinations outside Europe (and overseas departments).

Shipping cost
Delivery costs are FREE for all of mainland France, regardless of the amount of your order!
For other delivery areas, transport costs will be added to the price of the work. They depend on the country and the physical characteristics of the work to be sent. You will be able to obtain the exact amount of these charges as soon as you enter your delivery address in the ordering process. Delivery tracking
You will be notified by e-mail of the date of dispatch of your package, which will in all cases be delivered to you personally against signature. If you are absent on delivery, a calling card will allow you to pick up the package at the Post Office or in the partner relay closest to you, depending on the carrier.
In the event of an order comprising several works, these works will be delivered to you at once, in one or more packages depending on the specificities of the works.

Different payment methods are possible to offer you maximum flexibility. Bank details (credit card) are encrypted during the transaction (SSL technology).
Payment by credit card
You can pay for your purchases by credit card. Our site accepts the following bank cards: Carte Bleue, VISA, Mastercard, American Express card.

Florence Laurent accepts payments by transfer from all countries.

Payment by check (France only)

The chosen work will be withdrawn from the sale time to receive and then cash the check.

Payment in 3x free of charge by check (France only)
If you are resident in France, you can opt for payment in 3 installments free of charge by check for any order for an amount greater than € 1,000.
The payment of your order will thus be smoothed over 3 months (1st immediate collection, followed by 2 collections at 1 month interval each time).

Customs fees
Customs duties may apply, depending on the country where the delivery takes place. These must be estimated by the buyer and paid by the buyer at the time of delivery by the carrier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

14 days free return
If you were not satisfied with the work you received, you thus have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, to retract and be reimbursed in full for your order (price of the work and delivery costs). You will only be responsible for the return costs.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to florencela@wanadoo.fr, clearly expressing your desire to withdraw and specifying the reason. Florence Laurent will send you a return slip. You will only have to return the work to Florence Laurent in its original packaging , making sure to respect all the principles of secure packaging of the works, to insert the corresponding purchase invoice, as well as the certificate. of authenticity, to stick the return slip on the package . You can then ship it by a carrier of your choice among (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, GLS, TNT), having taken out insurance . Once the work has been received, you will be reimbursed as soon as possible for the full amount paid for your order.

If the order delivered is not compliant or damaged
Despite all the precautions taken (packaging, carrier), it may exceptionally happen that the work that reaches you does not comply with your order, or that it is damaged.
If you notice that the work delivered to you does not conform, has a defect, or is damaged, you must immediately inform Florence Laurent by email at florencela@wanadoo.fr , indicating the nature of the defect. , of the non-conformity or of the damage observed and by sending us any useful proof, in particular in the form of photograph (s).
Florence Laurent will organize the return arrangements with a carrier, so that it is as easy as possible for you (collection of the work from your home); the return costs will obviously not be at your expense.
You will simply be responsible for packing the work to be returned in its original packaging, making sure to respect all the principles of secure packaging of the works, and to insert the corresponding purchase invoice, as well as the certificate of 'authenticity.
Once the work has been received by the artist in return and the necessary verifications have been carried out, we will suggest the restoration or replacement of the work to you as appropriate. If restoration or replacement of the work is not possible, you will be refunded the full price paid for this work as well as the corresponding delivery costs as soon as possible.
